This stick has the ability to unload 1 to 3% oil or condensate without causing emulsion problems. Shallow gas wells will only need 1 stick per 10 barrels of fluid while deeper wells may need 2 or 3 sticks per 10 barrels of fluid. This stick is also excellent for low pressure wells. F-124 40% 1 to 15 < 200 PSI ***NEW***Yellow in color the F-124 is a soapstick specifically designed for low pressure wells, unloading with only 40 lbs. of tubing pressure and up to 200 lbs. of pressure. This stick will foam salt or fresh water with up to 40% condensate and will not cause emulsion problems. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.

F-122 50% 15 to 50 > 150 PSI Pink in color the F-122 is a super foaming soapstick with a relatively fast solution rate. It is a very active stick designed to unload 20 barrels of water or more and able to overcome levels of condensate >50%. This stick will last down hole long enough to be effective in wells 10,000', in most cases. It is effective in wells from 5,000' to 15,000'. The long half life makes this stick very effective in deep wells, wells with high volumes of water or both. CAUTION: This stick should not be used in low pressure wells (< 150lbs.) with small amounts of fluid. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.
F-121 70% 10 to 20 > 80 PSI Green in color the F-121 is a high foaming soapstick with a quick dissolving ability to foam waters with up to 70% condensate. This stick has a half life designed to break down at the surface to help prevent heavy foam carryover into the separation system. This stick will foam high chloride levels as well as high hardness waters at variable depths. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 7. * New foaming technology.**
F-118 80% 30 to 100 > 200 PSI Light blue in color the F-118 is a soapstick designed to foam both high levels of water and condensate. It is an extremely active stick known to foam >80% condensate and it will unload 30 to 40 barrels of water per stick. This stick is also effective in water with chloride levels up to 240,000 ppm and hardness greater than 80,000 ppm. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.

F-135 (Corrosion Stick) 0% 1 to 10 1-1/4"x 15" Blue in color the F-135 is a corrosion soapstick that is water soluble and oil dispersable that contains a blend of Imidazolines that have excellent filming characteristics and low emulsion tendencies. The result of effective treatment will be reduced corrosion rates and a reduction in iron counts and iron sulfide deposits. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.
F-142 (Salt Inhibitor Stick) 0% 1 to 10 1-1/4"x 15" Pale Blue in color the F-142 is a salt inhibitor soapstick. In many gas wells the water that enters the well bore contains various amounts of salts dissolved in the water. When fluid moves up the casing or tubing these dissolved salts will precipitate out and reduce the opening in the pipe and in some instances totally plug the pipe. These salt sticks help keep salt in solution and help prevent build up from occurring or greatly reducing the situation. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.
F-154 0% 1 to 10 1-1/4"x 15" Black in color the F-154 are oil-soluble sticks that release paraffin inhibitor to help reduce paraffin deposition from crude oil in production systems. These sticks are very economical when compared to paraffin cutting and removal operations and can eliminate or delay the need for conventional paraffin removal operations. Continuous treatment with these sticks can extend the time period between future operations. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 9.
ACID CAPS N/A N/A 1-1/4"x 15" Acid Caps are water soluble capsules filled with a blend of solid inorganic and organic acids. These capsules are used to dissolve calcium or iron deposits on down-hole perforations. These sticks will remove carbonate scale, rust deposits, and lower well pressures.
GAS CAPS N/A N/A 1-1/4"x 15" Gas Caps are water solule capsules which are filled with a blend of gas generating solids. These capsules are used in conjunction with soapsticks to unload fluids from low pressure or dead gas wells. GAS CAPS are primarily used to produce gas to help de-watering of gas wells, kicking off dead wells, and other areas involving foam and agitation. The creation of foam reduces the hydrostatic back pressure on the formation then the produced gas can break through from the formation and kick-off the well.

Drilling sticks should be dropped into the drill pipe at every other connection point. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 10.
PHPA Stick 1-1/4"x 15" White in color the PHPA Stick is 50% active PHPA type copolymer in a surfactant based solid stick. These sticks are applied to drilling fluids to control wellbore shales or to extend bentonite clay in low-solids mud. The PHPA stick is believed to seal micro-fractures, coat shale surfaces with a film that retards shale degradation and also links particles together to facilitate sweeps in well bores and casing strings by carrying cuttings and materials to the surface. In addition, these PHPA sticks minimize bit-balling and add to bit life thru lubrication. Typical application is to drop a stick into the drill pipe during a connection to create a viscous sweep. Field tests indicate the best results are achieved under normal drilling operations when 1 to 2 (1 1/4" x 15") sticks were dropped to joint of drill stem added.
Clay Mod 1-1/4"x 15" When bit balling occurs use this Clay Mod stick. This proprietary blend of chemicals and surfactants will shrink clay and repel clay from the drill bit. The clay modifier stick will enhance the solids lifting capabilities of drilling fluids, help with torque reduction, and help prevent the jets on the drill bit plugging. Field tests indicate the best results are achieved under normal drilling operations when 1 to 2 sticks were dropped between joints when bit balling occurs and slows drilling. This stick is NOT to be used continuously between each joint; only when bit balling occurs.
Drill Stick 1-1/4"x 15" Pale Blue in color the Drill Stick is a condensate-dispersible water-soluble stick containing a combination of surfactants and friction reducers that will perform in the presence of salt and fresh water systems. The foaming action allows the mud to flow easier with less pressure increasing the efficiency of the drilling process, it helps prevent the jets on the drill bit from plugging, optimizing mud and cutting returns to the surface and also helps improve drill bit penetration into the ground formations. Drilling sticks should be dropped into the drill pipe at every other connection point. On a scale of 1-10 this sticks hardness is 8.
