Ultra Line Sweep

OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTICS

  • Effective for cleaning pipes
  • Leaves a protective film
  • eliminates bacteria

DESCRIPTION:

SP-1976 Ultra line Sweep was developed to clean the inside of transmission dry gas pipe lines. It can be used in gas plants, gas transmission lines, & gas gathering lines. SP-1976 is a nano particle blend with biocides and drying agents. Our particles are propelled by a Brownian motion diffusion driven mechanism. Our product will form a wedge effect in the pipeline and lift Iron sulfide deposits, biofilm and mild carbonates from the pipe wall, thereby allowing the poison in the product to effectively touch the existing bacteria cultures in and on the pipe surface. This enables the product to give an extremely high kill rate in comparison to all other products on the market. The SP-1976 leaves behind a nanoparticle film that is electrically attached to the pipe which forms a protective coating as well as repels other contaminants from sticking on the pipe. This coating protects metal surfaces from corrosive attack by acid gases (hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide), as well as organic acids.
Srb bacteria will migrate into the pores of the metal and begin building large colonies that will cause pipe deterioration by depositing their waste. The SRB bacteria will cause pipe corrosion by thinning the walls of the pipe and the only answer is to get a complete kill. These bacteria also build up a film on the walls of the pipe, (biodomes) that create pressure problems and drag on gas flow. In dry gas pipelines this film becomes black powder (iron sulfide). All black powder is removed in our process.

The film our product leaves is 10 to 15 nano meters in thickness and it acts as a repellant to all gas flow, greatly facilitating and accelerating the mobility of gas. This is accomplished by reducing surface tension and increasing flow for all pressures. A Nano meter is 1 billionth of a meter and is only visible under a transmission electron microscope (TEM)

Our nano particles will not stack up and cannot cause build up but only lay next to each other.
Note: a continuous injection product is available. Also we have products available for wet transmission lines for all fluids. We also offer oil base cleaners as well, for multiple purposes, with the same technology.

APPLICATION METHODS:

Ultra Line Sweep 1976 is best used in pigging clean outs with batches varying from 3 to 4 miles to per batch. Treatment target is 3.5 to 5 mils coverage. This product can be used in conjunction with brush systems. SP-1975 is a continuous injection product that can be used in conjunction with SP- 1976 to help keep the coating in place for surface tension reduction.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
SP-1976 is regulated as a not regulated by D.O.T.

OB Pipe Sweep

OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTICS

  • Effective to cleanup paraffin build up
  • Leaves a protective film
  • eliminates bacteria

DESCRIPTION:

SP-1973 line Sweep was developed to help- eliminate paraffin from blocking oil flowing pipe lines and combination lines of oil, water, and gas. It can be used in Dry gas pipelines, oil pipe lines and combination pipe lines. SP-1973 is a nano particle blend with biocidal tendency cleaning agents. Our particles are propelled by a Brownian motion diffusion driven mechanism. SP-1973 will break up paraffin deposits on the wall of the pipe then attach to the pipe and lower surface tension. This will help pigging runs to move quickly and efficiently without plugging. Our product will form a wedge effect in the pipeline, lifting deposits of biofilm, SRB's, iron sulfides, paraffins and mild carbonates from the pipe wall, thereby allowing the poison in the product to effectively touch the existing bacteria cultures in and on the pipe surface. The added surfactant will help the nano particle penetrate the nesting colonies of bacteria and carry the poison with it. This enables the product to give an extremely high kill rate in comparison to all other products on the market. The SP-1973 leaves behind a nanoparticle film that is electrically attached to the pipe which forms a protective coating as well as repels other contaminants from sticking on the pipe.

Srb bacteria will migrate into the pores of the metal and begin building large colonies that will cause pipe deterioration by depositing their waste. The SRB bacteria will cause pipe corrosion by thinning the walls of the pipe and the only answer is to get a complete kill. These bacteria can also build up a film on the walls of the pipe that creates pressure problems and drag on gas flow.

The film our product leaves is 8 to 15 nano meter film and it acts as a repellant to all drag, greatly facilitating and accelerating the mobility of the line. This is accomplished by reducing surface tension and increasing flow for all pressures. A Nano meter is 1 billionth of a meter and is only visible under a transmission electron microscope (TEM) Our product is about the thickness of a red blood cell wall.
Our nano particles will not stack up and cannot cause build up, but only lay next to each other.
This is for use in Commercial dry gas pipelines with mercaptan.

The SP-1972 is a similar product without the biocidal tendency. Contact our office for Pigging instructions.

APPLICATION METHODS: Continuous injections of 240 ppm to 400 ppm are needed and a batch treatment is best used to start of the process.
