Emulsion Breakers

Emulsion Breakers are products that separates water and solids out of oil. Here at Varichem International we have over 120 different Emulsion Breakers that have been used across the United States and in Mexico. We also offer a product called BottomBreaker to separate water and oil where heavy bottoms have formed and possible paraffins exist in the emulsion.

To best identify the proper emulsion breaker, bottle testing must be done and training is available through our tech support as well as help in our lab.

We have Breakers developed for all API gravities from production wells, tank bottoms and waste oil.
