VariFilm HP01

VariFilm HP01 is a proprietary film forming polyamine blend for a complete treatment program for high pressure boiler systems with turbines. The advanced film-forming actives form a hydrophobic barrier on all surfaces, preventing scale and corrosion and is designed for high
pressure boilers requiring strict conductivity control.

With a single point of injection, VariFilm HP01 protects the entire system through the adsorption of a monomolecular film on the internal waterside surfaces. This film makes it possible to avoid any contact between water and the metal surfaces of the system, thus ensuring long-term corrosion
protection and improving heat exchange. VariFilm HP01 is a safe, low-toxicity formulation that is easy to use and monitor and acts as an eAective alternative to conventional treatments.

Application of VariFilm HP01 reduces servicing times and product inventory with a single product solution and simplifies water treatment and program monitoring.

VariFilm HP01 dosage varies depending on plant conditions. VariFilm HP01 should always be applied in its neat form and should be added by an automatic dosing system where the dosage is proportional to the make-up water and depends on the cycles of concentration. Dilution is not recommended as the product is a micro-emulsion.
